Devanshi Garg Sareen is a skincare enthusiast and mother first, and a founder second. Hailing from New York City by way of Iran, India, the UK, New Zealand and Germany, she learned early on to look at people through the lens of shared human experiences. In 2020, her innovation experience with Big Beauty brands, and pain points with her own skincare journey led her to launch Motif, a forward-thinking beauty brand that merges modern science with innovation — grounded in the desire to connect people through daily progress and growth.
Prior to Motif, Devanshi was part of the founding team at Icreon, a technology services company which had a number of eCommerce clients in beauty, fashion and other verticals. After which she worked as a Principal at Capgemini, consulting with Fortune100’s including the senior leadership at big beauty brands such as Estee Lauder.
