What shipping methods do you offer?

Please see below for our shipping options within the U.S.: 

 

Free standard shipping for orders over $50 | 2-7 business days 

Standard shipping for orders under $50 | 2-7 business days | $5

Express shipping | 1-3 business days | $10

 

If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, an APO/FPO address, or any U.S. territories, transit times may take a little longer. 

 

Please note: We only ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes using Standard Shipping. Please make sure to select Standard Shipping on checkout if this applies to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the U.S., however we’re working hard to set up international shipping for our global customers. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are based on your selected shipping method (standard shipping will take 2-7 business days after your order leaves our warehouse). 

 

Please note: During holidays, new product launches, or promotions, order processing times may take longer. 

Can I combine discount codes?

Promotions and discount codes are applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We offer free and easy returns on orders within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to initiate a return on your order, please contact hello@motifskincare.com

When will I be charged for my Subscription?

Your first subscription order will be charged on the day you sign up. Depending on the frequency you choose, this could be every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. You can adjust your frequency through the "Manage My Subcription" link sent to your email. We always send email notifications 3 days prior to your card being charged so you can review or edit your next shipment.  

How do I change or cancel my Subscription?

When you sign up for subscriptions, you will receive a link in your email that you can use to access and manage your Subscription. If you did not receive a direct link, please email hello@motifskincare.com with your full name and we can resend it to you.
